Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Pros: Herrlicher Pool und Garten. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum gemeinsamen Frühstück/Grillen mit 8 Personen ausreichend Platz. Schöner Balkon um die Aussicht zu genießen. Cons: Fenster teilweise nicht gut zu verschließen, was den Sicherheitsaspekt minimiert."

"Eine sehr schöne, sauber und gepflegte Unterkunft, die der Beschreibung entsprach. Buchung und Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank an das Team von Vacalia ! Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder ausreichend Platz. Schöne große Küche und herrlicher Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Auch Arta selbst eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflūge."

"Pros: Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr nah an Inca. Es hat ein Tor, welches sich per Fernbedienung öffnen lässt. Der Pool ist sehr schön, gute Größe. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse mit Markise. Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Cons: Oben im Wohnzimmer und der Küche gab es leider keine Klimaanlage. Hier waren es permanent 28-30 Grad. Zum Glück gab es in den Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss Klimaanlagen."

"The villa exceeded all our expectations. Everything was provided and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults and 3 children stayed and there was so much room to use. Outside area was spacious with plenty of seats and tables. Lots of shade to relax in and the pool was just perfect. The nearest supermarket was only a short walk away and the beach was 5 - 10 min gentle stroll. We couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect to stay."
