We had a lovely stay in this cabin! 4 adults among the 3 bedrooms and it felt like there was plenty of space. We were using it as more of a 'home base' to go to a family gathering nearby so we didn't use many of the amenities, but I wish we had a longer stay as I would have loved to eat dinner on the porch. We slept very comfortably even in summer, only turning on the AC upstairs to cool the space down before sleeping with the windows open. Cooked breakfast in the cabin and there were plenty of pans, plates, and utensils. I even noticed some kids utensils, if you're looking to stay with kiddos.

Beautiful cabin in the woods. 10 mins into town a really great location. Our stay was during a summer heat wave and we had no heads up that we would have to install the portable air conditioning units ourselves. The upstairs ones were easy plug the hose into a wall hole. But the units had to be moved and were heavy. The downstairs unit I struggled to figure out how to install into window. No instructions or manual with units. When I reached out to host expressing how this not being known information prior to checking in was not fair. I was dismissed and talked down to how easy it is to install them. And to take a 30 $ credit and go get lemonade on us. Which sounds nice…not really after being talked down to. I would have preferred the host being apologetic and say they should have told us in advance. It really felt like a horrible way to start a vacation. Like it is misleading to list air conditioning as an amenity and not really have it set up prior to arrival.
The cabin was in a beautiful location and with a clean and lovely interior. The induction stovetop ended up breaking as we were attempting to cook, but the host generously gave us a discount to subsidize us going out for dinner instead of cooking the food we had brought. Overall it was an excellent stay — I do think it would be helpful if the host had instructions listed in the cabin regarding how to use the appliances (stove, grill, fireplace, etc.). It would also be great if they provided more information on nearby hikes/activities in the cabin.

Very nice insides. Issues are: 1) arrive and see deck with yellow Caution tape across stairs on one side. 2) One of the website pictures is labeled Property Grounds. If that is actually on the property it doesn't indicate that the water access shown is across a two-lane road with guardrails on both sides in different places. 3) Most important is the bathroom plumbing. On arrival wife tried to take a bath; water was dark gray/black in the tub. Nothing in welcome book about this being possible if hasn't been run for long time. Even after running for half-hour it looked clear enough to bath but left definite gray film on tub afterwards. One night tried to take a shower and no cold water. Had to take a kitchen pot and keep taking water from the sink.
