Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used towels in the washing machine.
Turn off lights and a/c. In colder weather, please turn heat down to 50 degrees at both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats.
Return front door key to the lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
