Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves, along with access to the shared balcony and communal courtyard. Please make yourselves at home!

Margaret River's town centre is just a short walk away, so you can easily leave the car behind. Within walking distance, you'll find a great range of dining options, from casual spots like Miki's Open Kitchen, El Toro, and Normal Van Main Street, to Settlers Tavern for live music and pub meals, and morries or The Spot Italiano for a more modern dinner out. Drift Cafe, The Little Farm, and Margaret River Bakery are all popular for breakfast and coffee.
Memorial Park is right around the corner, lovely for a stroll or picnic under the big shade trees, and often home to the popular night markets. About a 12-minute walk away, the Margaret River Farmers Market runs every Saturday, a great spot for fresh local produce, food stalls, and a real taste of the region. For shopping and everyday essentials, Margaret River Central and The Village at Margs shopping centres are within a short walk from your stay.
Beyond the town centre, it's a short drive to the region's famous wineries, surf beaches, and the dramatic Margaret River Mouth, making this a convenient base for exploring everything the area has to offer.
Getting Around:
The town centre is best explored on foot, with cafés, restaurants and boutique shopping all within easy walking distance. To experience the wider Margaret River region, including Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin, we recommend travelling by car or joining one of the many local tour operators, making it easy to discover world-class wineries, stunning coastline and natural attractions.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Rental Agreement:
As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Pet Policy:
This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.
