Cosy Corner | Margaret River

  • 5 minute walk to Margaret River's "classic" Main Street. 1 minute walk to Margaret River's famous "Margaret River Bakery". 30 second walk to the wonderful "Swings" Enjoy a warm and welcoming home in the middle of Margaret River. Minutes from all this little country town has to offer, make “The Veggie Patch” your own, where you can relax after a day’s surf, winery tasting, mountain biking or whatever it is you choose to do during your visit. Lay on the sun bed and enjoy a good glass of local wine in the courtyard or outdoor bath! Does that sound like a good plan?
    The Space
    This charming townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs.
    The lounge room, kitchen, laundry and 2nd toilet are downstairs.
    The lounge room opens directly onto the private courtyard, complete with veggie patch and outdoor bath!
    The kitchen is a good size and is equipped with all cooking equipment.
    Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds.

    Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

    Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.

    Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
