Service was great. Staff handled check-in issue well after we were given the wrong room. The biggest downside was the noise. There was loud music from 8:30-11:00 PM every night, which was NOT disclosed in the hotel description. The rooms and windows are not sound proof, and the noise was very disturbing. The hotel should limit the hours of loud music or clearly state this beforehand.

Ich habe das Hotel für meine Eltern gebucht – und sie waren absolut begeistert! Alles hat gestimmt: Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight mit einer riesigen Auswahl und richtig lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Besonders begeistert waren sie vom unglaublich hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Personal – der Service war einfach top! Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff

My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!

Konaklamamız mükemmele yakındı. Odalar eski binaya göre iyiydi. Odalardaki halılar kaldırılırsa daha temiz ve şık olur. Tesis içinde düzenlenen sıra gecesinde müziği beğendik ama ana yemek ve sunulan mezelere göre fiyat çok abartılıydı.

Güzel bir deneyimdi

Bu otelde geçirdiğimiz zaman gerçekten harika geçti! Öncelikle, personel inanılmaz derecede misafirperver ve yardımcıydı. Otele adım attığımız andan itibaren kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Odamız geniş ve oldukça rahattı, özellikle manzara muazzamdı. Sabah kahvaltısı ise taze ve lezzetliydi; çeşitli seçeneklerle güne enerjik bir başlangıç yaptık. Otelin lokasyonu da oldukça merkeziydi, gezilecek yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca oteldeki spa ve yüzme havuzunun kalitesi gerçekten yüksek. Tüm bu olanaklar, tatilimizi unutulmaz kıldı. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağımız bir yer!

Konaklamak için bu oteli seçtiğime hiç pişman olmadım. İçimizi ısıtan sıcak atmosferi sayesinde hayatın getirdiği tüm stresi unutup, sadece eğlenmenin ve keşfetmenin tadını çıkardık. Misafirperver yaklaşımlarıyla bizi en iyi şekilde ağırladılar; hatta standart oda tutmamıza rağmen suit odada konaklamamızı sağladılar.
