The property consists of two independent apartments, making it perfect for large families or two separate groups traveling together.

Ground Floor – Three-Room Apartment:  
Features a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and private outdoor spaces.  
First Floor – Two-Room Apartment:  
Accessed via an external staircase, it offers a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the greenery, a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.  
The two units have independent entrances, ensuring privacy and flexibility—ideal for those wishing to rent part of the property or enjoy separate living spaces during their stay.  
THE SPACE  
Casa Novella Two-room First Floor Sleeps 4\. Apartment with independent entrance, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob.  
The sleeping area includes a cozy double bedroom. Bathroom with window and shower. Outside, large terrace with dining table, ideal for eating outdoors and enjoying moments of relaxation.
