"Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Badeurlaub. Nur ca. 50 m bis zum Strand. Leider liegt es auch direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Verkehr war sehr laut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Das Ein- und Auschecken war perfekt. "

The location is really the best thing about this property - only a 1 minute walk to a lovely little family beach, which we went to every day. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but you would need a car to get to shops and around the island to explore . "We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. The hotel is 6-8min walk to Procchio center and Procchio Beach. There are a few restaurants nearby, bus stops to go to the other parts of the island and there is a small supermarket. For us everything was very convenient and we would definitely recommend the hotel."
