Cozy 1-bedroom condo in wonderful Lakeside Marblehead with WiFi, AC

Located in the heart of downtown at the historic Victorian-era Lakeview Inn. Close to the water, town, shops, Hoover Auditorium, playground, miniature golf, basketball courts, lake swimming, wade pool, and boating activities.

The condo is two stories with access on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Year-round living with a partial view of the Lake. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a freezer/fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stovetop, and a countertop oven.

TV and Wi-Fi included with easy access to all your favorite streaming services. Two Queen beds, a twin Aerobed, and a modular sectional for an additional full-size bed. Two full bathrooms, one located on each level. Two private community sunrooms with a view of the water.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED: Renters must provide all bed linens (The two beds are queens), bath towels, and kitchen towels. The laundry is located nearby.

Parking is available but is very limited and not guaranteed. We strongly recommend during the season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) to save the cost of the Vehicle Pass and park in the South Gate Lot. Then take the shuttle into the town.

NO pets are permitted.

Maximum Occupancy is 6.

During Lakeside's Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), passes are required to be purchased to enter the community. For an estimated amount, one adult day pass is $36.

The spiral staircase is fun for kids! However, it is narrow and difficult to pull up luggage. In those cases, you can use the door on the 3rd floor to access the bedroom instead of the spiral staircase.
