Nestled in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, you'll be able to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life but remain close enough to the action for plenty of adventures! Do some front or back porch sitting, roast smores in the fire pit, play some golf on Willie's golf course (in your backyard!), or relax indoors. Don't let the vintage feel fool you, this home is new and well-maintained! This multi-level home boasts tons of added amenities and extra details! Full of antiques, photos, and historical family treasures, this home is captivating, to say the least! Super kid-friendly with tons of toys, books, and movies provided to ensure that all kiddos feel welcome and entertained! The open floor plan allows for families to get together at the dining table as well as the family room and the kitchen! The family room has a Smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a collection of DVDs! We can't forget to mention the vintage record player and records that will bring back memories for the whole family!

The primary bedroom, located downstairs has a King-sized bed, large vintage-inspired vanity, two dressers for storage, and a large walk-in closet! The 2nd bedroom (located upstairs) called “The Baseball Room” holds a Queen-sized bed, a small writing desk with a chair and closet space - and its own bathroom!! The 3rd bedroom “The Train Room '' has a queen-size bed, two twin beds, and includes yet another full bathroom!! The 4th bedroom houses a queen bed and a twin bed with a twin-size trundle bed. This room, notably named “The Willie Nelson Room” provides a direct view of - you guessed it - Willie Nelson's house!!! There's also a bonus room on the first floor that features even more toys (plus a play kitchen and play tool shop/workbench), a large TV, TONS of seating, additional sleeping space, and an extra refrigerator! The onsite laundry area (located within the bonus room) is easy to use and we even supply a few laundry pods! We also supply plush 5-star quality white towels, black hand towels for make-up removal, extremely comfortable bedding, paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags, K-cups, ground coffee, coffee filters, creamer, and spices (we've thought of it all!)

You can also enjoy the great outdoors in the various shaded seating areas with enough for your whole group! Enjoy a glass of Texas-style sweet tea (or wine acquired during a tour of the many local nearby wineries) while sitting on the front porch swing or lounging on the back porch while enjoying the Texas fresh air. The backyard provides shade, lighting for nighttime relaxing or fun, a fire pit with seating around, a grill, and a custom, private bocce ball court (equipment provided). If you prefer a more adventurous vacation - you're in luck! This home provides you quick access to Briarcliff Marina where you're able to rent tons of various equipment for water recreation (boats, wave runners, tubes, floaties the list goes on..
