  • Unwind and relax in your luxury safari tent while sitting high on the hilltop overlooking Lake Travis & the Texas Hill Country. This retreat with Heating and A/C includes a kitchenette and full bathroom. Take advantage of your private deck and personal soaking tub either by day or starlit night. This is the perfect couple's getaway to escape the daily grind, celebrate an occasion or to reconnect. Also included is a community area with a pond pool, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and lounging area.

    The property features 4 luxury tents each with their own private deck and courtyard. The community area features a binzebo with a bar, gas grill, dining area, hot tub and lounging under the stars.

    Private parking with gated entrance to resort area.

    Lake access is just a short drive down the street at Turkey Bend Recreation Area. Boat ramp 8.3 miles away at Gloster Bend Recreation Area. Entry fees apply at both parks. Ample parking for your personal watercraft.

Getaway Paradise

This was and is an amazing property. The owners are very friendly and excited about the guests that stay here. The view is amazing and serene. Very quiet and out the way. A wonderful place for a couples retreat! Can't wait to come back with friends. Very relaxing!!!

Wonderful getaway

The best experience I've had with a vacation rental. The views are gorgeous, tents/deck perfectly done and furnished, and great common area if you feel like some social time. It's in a beautiful, secluded area but there are still things to do nearby. Mark and Leslie were great and super responsive.

Very nice private, quiet, and remote location, the view and stars were so beautiful. Everything was very clean. I love that checking in was very easy. We felt very taken care of and met the owner on the way out who is super super sweet. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

2nd Visit-great stay in the tent even in the heat!

Second visit was great and really enjoyed staying in a different tent. Last time I stayed in the tent with the soaking tub and this time it was the tent with jacuzzi tub. Both have been great accommodations! The only thing is when we came in from a long day of hiking activities, we wanted to check in back home and also watch tv unwind., the internet went out both nights. When I messaged the owners about the issue they stated nothing was wrong but the service clearly was not working as we could not stream on any device. (Cell, laptop or tv) . This also happened the year prior. But overall everything else was great! I’m sure we will have this as an annual spot. We definitely enjoyed going to the restaurant we went to last year in Marble Falls and we found another restaurant on our way to lake Travis that we will revisit. Great trip!!!

This place was beautiful, pulling into the property it spoke nothing but peaceful and relaxing. It was exactly as described online- and we will definitely be back. They had everything you need and the views spoke for itself. Such a sweet and romantic place for a getaway with your husband. Thank you Mark and Leslie for putting pride in your work!
