  • Beautiful studio located on the fifth floor of Romana Playa, in Elviria. The apartment offers spectacular sea views and a south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun. It is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday, with a double bed, fitted kitchen and a bathroom.

    The studio does not have a television, as it is designed to offer a restful and peaceful environment for our guests.



    Romana Playa is located just 10 minutes east of Marbella town centre, in the Elviria area, where you will find all the necessary services: supermarkets, restaurants, shops and more.

    The beach situated right in front is known to be one of the best in Marbella and has numerous highly reputable restaurants.
