Additionally, the ground floor includes a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.



On the second floor, you’ll find three of the four bedrooms, all bright and airy thanks to large windows and balconies. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (one also features a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower), while the third has a single bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.



The third floor is reserved for the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, independent air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with stunning views of the El Arenal community pools and the sea at Costabella Beach, just a short walk away.
