The proximity to the golden sandy beaches and crystal clear water of Marbella is just one of the many advantages of the area; beaches that, for sure, will not disappoint you. From Fontanilla Beach, located 5 minutes away by car, or Nagüeles Beach, less than 10 minutes away, also by car, to Venús Beach or Cable Beach, a little further away than the previous ones, but no more than 20 minutes. As for the urbanization, El Vivero is a gated residential community with a communal swimming pool, open from 12:00 to 20:00 and also accessible to children, under 6 years old and between 6 and 14 years old, who do not know how to swim, with the company of an adult.
