It has very large living room with a nice terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with laundry. Private urbanization with large and well-kept garden areas. Swimming pools open except in winter. Private parking WiFi included. Satellite connection to a multitude of international channels • The house is very spacious and bright, it is very well distributed and has been recently furnished and decorated. It has a fantastic east-west orientation, with high quality finishes. It consists of a large living room with access to a beautiful terrace; a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom; another bedroom with 2 beds; a second full bathroom; and fully equipped kitchen connected to laundry area-clothesline. • It has a privileged location, just 450 m from the best beach in Marbella, the Dunes of Cabopino, a magnificently preserved pine and dune area. The beaches are sandy, quiet and are located in a natural setting with no buildings around. The access from the house is through a pedestrian path and a wooden walkway (5 minutes on foot). The walkway stretches along the entire dune in a pleasant walk along the sea, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset, and ends at the Port of Cabopino, where there are numerous chiringuitos, restaurants and terraces. • Private and secure residential complex that has large and well-kept garden areas where you can enjoy two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, open almost all year. The swimming pools are surrounded by a lawn with umbrellas, it has its own bathrooms, a children's safety fence and in the high season they are supervised by a lifeguard. • Access to the complex there is a playground for children and tennis court. • Large garage space on the ground floor of the building itself with direct access by elevator. • In the vicinity there are other nearby beaches with direct access by car and numerous restaurants in which to enjoy pleasant and atmospheric meals or dinners by the sea. • The house is in a great location, halfway between the cities of Marbella (12 km) and Fuengirola (17 km), in an area of ​​the Costa del Sol with a privileged microclimate, with mild temperatures in winter and summer. We took the family for a relaxing vacation close to a more private beach but convenient to both Malaga and Marbella. This home delivered. A clean beautiful unit with all the conveniences to include a parking garage with an elevator, a terrace, comfortable beds and more. Carolina was an excellent host and was always there with answers and assistance. It is located on the second floor and you can view the beautiful vegetation while sipping coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts are lovely, the checking in and out was seamless. The pool is about a minute walk if that from the apartment and is huge, clean and everywhere is well maintained. We didn't drive so used taxis which wasn't too bad, nowhere is too far. Puerto bunas 20 mins, the marina nearby literally 3 mins in a car.
