Here you will find this fantastic seven-bedroom south-facing villa with a private pool, tropical gardens and even a chiringuito (beach bar). Located within walking distance to the beach and close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, shops, etc, and just a few minutes drive to Marbella center. This recently built villa is arranged over two floors. It is contemporary and modern in style with spacious rooms, very bright and with high ceilings creating a spacious atmosphere. The distribution consists of an entrance hall, living room with fireplace and leading to a covered terrace of very good dimensions and from which you can enjoy great sea views.
