"We had a great time during our stay. However the closet door fell on us upon arrival and the we never had housekeeping come without calling to change sheets or give us towels. We waited until the night to make sure they maybe just hadn’t gotten to us yet. But other than that we loved walking downstairs to the food court and the pools were amazing!!!"

"The property and my room were exquisite. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a nice surprise of Mickey Waffles. I didn't make time to enjoy the water slide and pool, but made full use of the high resolution TV as I got ready for my day. I was quite comfy at night with the AC off and heat on low, without that burning smell from switching the modes. The amenities in the room were plentiful and I loved the water and chips goodie bag you received at check in. This place is a bang for your buck kinda hotel. For all that is included in your stay, it's beyond lovely. The Disney presence is strong around the hotel from elevator decor to a stand to buy tickets. Even if your the type to only need a place to lay your head down during your stay, this hotel is a great accompaniment to a trip."

"I spent two days here and I really liked my stay. Most people I asked questions to were very helpful. The resort is clean, relaxing and beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is some of the staff in the market are not friendly and don’t seem to want to assist when you have a question. They weren’t even busy and it seemed like I was bothering them. There is one lady with blonde hair and as I was leaving she was so kind and helpful. I wish I got her name she was so kind. Overall my review is good I just wanted to share because I’m a manager myself and we know how important customer service. I would definitely try again. Thank you "
