At Tipsy Turtle, you have the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure right at your doorstep. No Resort Amenities: This property does not participate in the Resort Rental Program. As a result, amenities provided by the Resort, including swimming pools, the lagoon, child care center, boat/trailer storage, and similar services, are not available with this rental. No Onsite Boat Dockage/Trailer Parking: Boat dockage and/or trailer parking is not available on-site. Duck Key Marina offers rental options for slips and trailer parking, making it convenient for those looking to explore the surrounding waters.



Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property to maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests.



No Pets: Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited. To help maintain a pet-free environment for all, we require every guest to confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and does not require creating an account. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

This was our first trip visiting the FL Keys. Our stay at the Duck Key property was perfect. The townhouse was immaculate, well equipped and in a quiet area. We would stay here again if in the area!

Lovely!

Wonderful getaway to Duck Key was very needed to get away from January temps in January. We loved our villa and we were very comfortable in it the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this spot!

Great getaway

We vactioned with friends and the location was great. View was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the sunset. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect getaway

This villa was clean, modern, and well equipped. We loved the turtle theme! The location was excellent as it was away from the busy tourist areas. Easy parking and had no problem with the check in. Beautiful sun set every night we were there.Loved this villa and we will definitely come back!

Beautiful condo on Duck Key. Stayed here with a few people for work conference. Very clean and beautifully updated. Will be staying here again in the near future.

It was incredible. Excellent sunset views and surprisingly spacious in an area where space is at a premium. We housed 4 people (2 adults 2 teens) comfortably.

Great place. Very convenient to Key Largo and the Keys. Enjoyed the sunsets. The iguanas were fun to watch. Note: the shower handle in the first bedroom is missing a set screw. Handle falls off. Steps off deck needs some boards replaced. All just normal maintenance. Place was perfect for us.

Comfortable accommodation

Very nice home. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed other than a few groceries. We rented bikes at Keys supply rentals in Marathon and kept them at the house. It was nice to ride around Duck Key. Back steps railing needs to be repaired.

A Litle Piece of Paradise

This two bedroom condo was perfect for the four of us. The deck off the livingsroom was inviting for us to have breakfast and for the evening after the sunset. Everything was updated and very simple and clean feeling. The washer and dryer was a plus eventhough we didn't stay long enough to use them. Centrally located to visit the entire Keys Islands. Thank you for your place.

Amazing villa

This amazing up to date villa did not disappoint. The owner took great care in furnishing the villa with high end furniture and state of the art kitchen and bathroom fixtures. In the morning you can sip your coffee on the porch and watch the iguanas play on the grass! We will surely come back to the Tipsy Turtle next year!

Nice place with good communication

We visited this property for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we encountered a minor setback with a missing bathroom mirror, however, the property management company was very responsive and had someone on site to replace on Thanksgiving day AND without hesitation. Overall, the property was in a great location and as described. They even included Keurig cups for coffee.I appreciate the level of cleanliness and response time!

Great Intro to the Keys

Everything was great. Super location. I have only one minor complaint. We were supposed to get a call or text from the owner about Xfinity for the TV. We were never contacted. I did talk to the IT person for the property and he was very helpful but couldn’t help with Xfinity.

The Tipsy Turtle townhouse was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the covered porch and balcony and easy access to the water. The townhouse featured abundant space for our family of 3. Landscaping was beautiful and I delighted in the sounds of nature. Our first two days were quiet and peaceful, but nearby guests were loud and obnoxious on our final day/night. FYI: Neither of the screen doors would close completely, so mosquitos were able to invade the house.

Family trip to keys

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made our visit even more special. Everything was impeccably clean, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The instructions for accessing the property were clear and straightforward, and the host's communication was excellent throughout our stay.There were just a couple of minor areas that could be improved. In both bedrooms, one of the electrical outlets was blocked by the bedpost, which limited the available outlets for charging devices, and there wasn’t an alternative provided. Adding a nightlight in the bedrooms would also be a nice touch for convenience. Unfortunately, the Xfinity service was not working in any room, which was a bit of a letdown.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for its beauty, cleanliness, and ease of communication with the host. With a few small tweaks, it would be absolutely perfect!
