The gourmet kitchen includes an island with seating for three, full stock of essentials, and high-end appliances for easy meal prep. The dining area comfortably seats 10 with stunning ocean and Gulf views. The spacious living room features a large Smart TV and plush sofa seating for relaxing after a day on the water. Also on this floor is Bedroom 3 (Queen) with blackout shades, Smart TV, dresser, and closet, plus a full hall bathroom with shower. •••3rd Level of the Home Retreat upstairs to your private sanctuary. The Master Suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, blackout shade, Smart TV, and private balcony with seating overlooking the sparkling waters of Vaca Cut. Its ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity and oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed, ensuite bath with shower, dresser, closet, blackout shades, and Smart TV.
