Sunset Ranch, a private acre lot facing open ranch land and high planes desert

  • Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park as well as other West Texas parks and communities. The studio is well laid out for up to 2 adults with a queen size bed and semi-firm latex mattress. Upon request, an air mattress can be setup for additional guests or children.
