We had a great stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and any issues that did come up during our stay were addressed immediately. This property is in a great location for fishing, restaurants, and Publix. The unit itself has four bedrooms and three bathrooms as noted in the listing and although it’s not as spacious as some of the other homes, we’ve stayed at in Marathon, we never felt cramped. We will definitely consider this unit again when we do our annual trip to the Keys..

Beautiful home, lovely private pool, spotlessly clean, comfortable for a large family. Excellent location walking/biking distance to Sombrero Beach. Short walk to Publix, Walgreens, etc. We can't wait to visit again!

#### Very nice property and great location 

We stayed 7 days with 8 adult family members. Enjoyed the pool and patios immensely. Property was close to just about everything in Marathon. 1 mile quick and easy walk to Sombrero Beach. Highly recommend and will consider this property for future gatherings.

Beautiful area and access to nearby stores, restaurants. Alittle bit of ant problems in one bedroom. Pool was cleaned on saturday, we arrived on tuesday so alittle dirty after rain storms. Overall a nice place.

We loved this VRBO. It’s larger than we expected. The beds are really comfortable and it’s close to everything. The host is super easy to get in touch with and fixes things right away. I’ve already sent this listing to my sister for next year. It’s amazing. Just book it.

Had a wonderful time.House was in a great location and make all our excursions simple. Publix just down the street and Sombrero beach a 2 minute drive. We were also able to obtain a late checkout since we had evening flight home.The house does need some additional/updated outdoor furniture and there was no beach chairs when we arrived. The owner and property manager was responsive and brought us 2 chairs although I can't help but say a house this size needs at least 4 beach (low) sand chairs. Pool was fantastic! Would definitely consider staying again.

The house was layed out so well for us 8 adults! So close to every convenience you need. The dock was great to have for our boat, would just recommend a ladder. The pool was nice early mornings and late evenings. Couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay!

Had great time. Property manager George was very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Had a problem with the water in the refrigerator they sent a guy out. He worked on it quite a while couldn’t fix it. After he left ice maker didn’t work either. George did bring ice trays. Hope they get a new refrigerator for future guests. Lots of gallons of water and bags of ice to keep 7 people cool.

#### Kentucky Derby weekend

Property was as listed. We liked everything being on one level. Some major disappointments were: even though there were six of of us, the house is supposed to be set up for 10\. There were only four dinner forks and one salad fork. Six dinner plates. All other utensils were present and more than adequate.The microwave was missing many segments on the display making it difficult to use/program. The pool heater was on, even though we did not want it and could not turn it off. The pool water temperature in the afternoon was 91 who wants to go swimming in that bathwater. No umbrellas or shade around the pool making it extremely warm being in the sun while in the pool. All televisions utilize the Amazon firestick. The Master bedroom did not have a fire stick. The problem with the Firestick you may have 100 channels, but none of them provide major network programming. I had to use my YouTube TV subscription to pay to receive network programming. Would I recommend this place, yes. These are only minor problems, we will make reservation reservations to stay there next year. Hopefully, the property management team will convince the owner to address these minor problems.
