Outstanding pool and outdoor area 5 minute walk to beach!

Large 3 bedroom. Plenty of room for boat trailer and parking. Third floor master king bed w/65" flat screen and large sliders that lead out to private sun deck. Master bath has a huge tub with separate shower. Main floor has two bedrooms. One king with 65" flatscreen, slider out to screened porch with canal views. Third has two queen beds and 43" flatscreen. Seating area with a pull-out queen sofa. 75" tv in main living area. All flatscreens are Roku ready. Screened in porch and fire pit just outside the large sliders on main level. Ground level area has a closed off room off of the pool with 55" roku tv, ping pong table, bait freezer, extra fridge, and 2 sofas. Wifi, laundry room, large weber grill, 55 ft dock, 2 kayaks, floating dock, 5 bikes, new polywood fire pit set next to pool in addition to a second fire pit on the main lanai. 5 minute walk to coco plum beach. House comes with a membership to the Cabana Club which has a private Olympic size pool, bar, restaurant and private beach, the club is located 2 miles from the house. We have a Large Jenga and corn hole pool side, outdoor 85" tv, sink, and new cabinets w/ 8 swivel chair polywood dining set plus additional table for seating. Zero edge large lighted pool with hot tub, and a new lighted dock. Manatees are common during the day! Short canal ride to open water with a nice sandbar at mouth of our canal, a perfect location!

The place was exactly as described. The outdoor space was amazing! My grandson absolutely loved the tanning shelf and the pool and hot tub were perfect. We got to see a Mama and a baby Manatee swim right up to the dock. We went kayaking a few times and the scenery is super cool. We also used the Cabana Club one day which was fun. Perfect family vacation!

Pool and Hot Tub were great. Wish we were able to adjust the heat of both the pool and Hot Tub. Waiting to heat up the hot tub was a small inconvenience but we dealt with it. The pool floor did have dirt and debris in it when we arrived but it wasn’t a huge issue.

Had a lovely stay at Yellowfin. So much space for the whole family. The pool/outside lounge area was the favorite hangout space. We had room for two boats and enjoyed a week of fun on the water.

Fabulous Outdoor Area

We had an amazing stay! The outdoor pool and hot tub area was perfect for all ages and we spent at least a few hours there every single day. We also used the kayaks a few times and enjoyed having morning coffee in the screened in porch. Melissa was very responsive. The location was great and close to grocery stores, the Dolphin Research Crnter, Animal Encounters, mini golf, and lots of great restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Property is amazing! It was hard leaving paradise! Got to see a manatee at the dock and enjoyed fishing and swimming in the pool. House was great with lots of space for the 10 we had in our group.

The best

Stayed at this wonderful house with my wife and son and his family. We all had a great time. The grandkids loved the pool area, swam every day. Melissa (the owner) was so easy to work with and always answered any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood and the Marathon area. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. We rented a boat for several days so having the dock was great. We definitely will be back!

Great vacation, great home

We traveled with another family to the Keys for a week of vacation to celebrate our sons’ senior year of high school. The house was amazing! All the amenities we could ask for (pool, hot tub, fishing right off the dock) which made for a great vacation. Melissa was welcoming, helpful, and super responsive. The house had plenty of room for our 2 families and is located close to a lot of activities in Marathon and in the Keys in general. Can’t recommend this home highly enough!

The house, pool and location were awesome. They had everything we needed for the baby. Loved the seating for all of us in every room. Very pleasant and responsive to all of our communications. Family Spring Break

A beautiful home with so many amenities! Bikes for riding to the coffee shop, kayaks were used almost daily, the boys fished from the dock, and we all used the pool every day. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but within easy access to so many shops, restaurants and activities. A wonderful week for our family.

Perfect spot for our annual vacation

This is our 5th annual trip to the Keys for our mid winter escape! Yellowfin was perfect for our group of 7! Plenty of space for everyone and great common area! We spent hours poolside, cooked many meals both inside and out and rented a boat - appreciated quick access out to open water for excellent fishing! The area is great for walks to the beach and the location provided quick access to upper and lower key or anywhere in Marathon! We don’t normally revisit the same property each year, but I’m adding Yellowfin to my list and highly recommend to others!

We had the best week at Yellowfin. We had four kids 7 and under and 4 adults. Plenty of space for our two families and lots of great toddler items at the home. (Crib, height chair, toy Walker, baby bath tub - all great condition!) The outdoor area is fabulous! The zero entry pool was great for the little kids, hot tub for adults and big pool for the older kids was fantastic. Fishing off the dock each day was so fun, we saw manatees and lots of pelicans! Host was wonderful and responsive. No complaints!

Great Family Destination

Had a great week at Yellowfin. Inside and out the house was wonderful. Probably the best pool/deck area we have encountered. Great TVs throughout the house and on the deck. Having beach towels provided simplified packing. The kitchen was well equipped. Provided baby equipment was much appreciated by our family which included a toddler and infant. Melissa was very responsive to inquiries and pleasant to work with.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Two families all in one house, kids ages 17, down to one years old. There was everything needed at the house including baby gates, baby pack & play, lots of pool accessories. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool and hot tub are amazing. We usually try and find a different location every winter to travel but if we end up back in Marathon, we will 100% rebook that house! MELISSA was absolutely amazing and accommodating with everything we needed when things came up.
