The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. This rental was perfect. Todd was amazing to work with and was very helpful. Although sargassum made the beach unusable, Todd told us about alternatives like Sombrero beach that were lovely. Astounding view of ocean on expansive lanai plus an end view and views on the living room side! Well appointed kitchen, newer appliances, modern living space throughout. Owner is well organized and touches base with the renters. Heated pool beachfront! Plenty of room to walk the beach. Nice community. Hope to rent here again! ##### Collette R.
