  • **NEW HOME UPDATES** Relax with the whole family at Coral Lagoon Resort which is located in the heart of Marathon. This single family 3 bedroom/2.5 bath canal waterfront villa is fully stocked and perfect for families or groups to enjoy island living! With ocean access minutes from our 38ft. boat slip steps from our back patio, to relaxing poolside in the community pool, this home has everything guests need for a wonderful stay. Brand new kitchen, new furniture, new appliances and renovated bathrooms!
    The Boat House Marina requires all renters who will be using the boat slip to register with them and show proof of insurance. Registration fee is $60. The marina also offers other services such as on-site trailer parking, boat ramp usage, fish cleaning stations and other services for additional fees. Please contact them directly to register. Only 1 vessel, regardless of size, allowed per slip. NO Trailer parking permitted in any common areas or in front of home.

Amazing location for boating

Loved the home and location. Everything exceeded our expectations. The one small issue was we didn’t learn we couldn’t fish from the property until we checked in. We booked hoping to fish in the canal right behind the house. I’d book again but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. The home was very clean and well stocked. Owner was very easy to work with.
