Located just one block from Sombrero Beach (Trip Advisor Top 10 Beaches in N. America). This spacious 3000+ sq ft home was finished is 2026 and has all the luxury finishes you'd expect.  
  
Indoors you'll enjoy our large open floor plan, refined finishes, with plenty of space for larger families/groups. Shell-stone balconies on are on all levels of the home. Enjoy that perfect ocean sunset -or sunrise - with waterviews on 3 sides of the home. There's a large outdoor dining deck just off the kitchen for that meal with family and friends. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need for to make that perfect meal. The host was really responsive to any questions we had. Really lovely location. Quite street, close to the beach and the pool is great! We would stay there again for sure!
