Also, the gray concrete step down leading to the wood dock, is hard to see, when the sun is straight up. My wife stepped down and fell. Injured her foot, resulting in a trip to hospital. My friend and I, also stumbled at the same spot. I put some yellow tape along the step, to help it to stand out. Many inside and outside areas to enjoy as a family or to have your own space to relax. The kids really liked the pool after a long hot day. We were able to cook some meals for the whole family with all kitchen items available and a grill outside. Lots of coverage of trees and plants for privacy from the neighbors. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a coco plum beach where we searched for seashells.
