Answer: Yes, there is a 70ft Dock with approx. 50ft of dock space to park your boat right at the house (Free). Question: Can I park my trailer at the house? Answer: Yes, there is plenty of room for your boat trailer and another 4-5 cars. Angle the Boat trailer slightly on the Mailbox side. You can also fit a full-size RV if parked parallel with the street. Parking is free. Question: Are there nearby boat ramps? Answer: Yes there are multiple. The two I would recommend are: •Aviation Boat Ramp - 1278 Harbor Dr. •Mile Marker 54 Boat Ramp (Tight Ramp) - 12648 Overseas Hwy. Question: Can we rent your boat or use the boat lift? The house is beautiful with plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed for a week. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master bath shower.
