We had a great stay! Already planning next years stay. House was clean & well maintained, host responses via text were within 15 min or less & a phone number was provided but never needed. 100% recommend this location. My only wish was for an interior staircase but wont stop me from booking again

Our family had an outstanding time! Fishing and manatees on the dock, pool area is great! We spent so much time outside! The great thing with the property is that it is so private and large… everyone had more than enough space to spread out and enjoy themselves!

Property management was absolutely incredible! They were so attentive and responsive. We really appreciated the Happy in the Keys team checking in on us upon check-in and throughout the week, and we knew if we needed anything, we could reach out. The owners were so great and very welcoming! The house had great kitchen pots and pans a lot with great room for all we loved the fish camp and will return with our dogs! Jose took very good care of us.

Fish Camp is one of our favorite HIK properties!! Great location, spotless interior, 2 washers and dryers, amazing kitchen with Keurig and coffee pot provided beautifully mornings on the deck drinking coffee. Large pool,Tiki Hut with full size refrigerator. gas grill, industrial size ice maker and freezer made poolside dining perfect. Beautiful dock allowed us to enjoy the Manatee and fish who frequently visit. HIK care team is always friendly and responsive. We look forward to our next stay already in the books Thank you so much!

Fish Camp is great!

Great location! Beach is within walking distance and the dock at the property catches fish. Home is perfect for a large family vacation!

Beautiful place and Location

The layout for the house is perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 4 children staying and we never felt cramped or in anyone's way. Perfect fishing house with direct access on the property to the canal. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and it was great to be able to hop on for a sunset cruise or take off in the morning for a day of fun with very easy access to the ocean. You can definitely fit a larger boat. Would highly recommend paying to turning on the pool heater during the winter months as the kids couldn't get enough of it even when it was 50 outside. Owners are very responsive and helpful! Wish we had taken that advice about using Instacart for the first shopping as the Publix there is always packed. If we are ever in Marathon again, this is the only place we would want to stay.

Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space for a large group. 10 of us enjoyed the pool, tiki and dock area. Easy access to open water for snorkeling and fishing. Definitely one of our most memorable family trips! Would certainly book again!!

Loved our stay! Spent most of our time around pool enjoying the sun, using grill, fridge and Ice maker. Great fun for everyone, the whole property is enclosed. Location is a little noisy but did not bother us. Diffidently recommend for a group we will return!

Keys getaway

The house was wonderful, exactly the way it looked online. We loved the location because it was easy to get to the Atlantic and the gulf. Cool property, around an acre that is all fenced in with a beautiful pool and tiki hut. the industrial icemaker outside was also awesome. More than anything we have never had such a great experience with the owners and employees taking care of the property. Every text was responded to expeditiously. We’ve already told several friends about Happy in the keys

Family vacation.

This property is a great spot for a group to take a boat. Set up is perfect for privacy, fishing and gathering. Its convenient to anything you need including many restaurants. The hosts are very nice and answered any questions promptly which is always so helpful. The property was clean and tidy. We hope to return asap :).

Perfect Family Vacation

The Fish Camp exceeded all of our expectations. We had a hard time choosing to leave the property to do the activities we had planned. It held the nine of us easily and comfortably. The Manatees swimming around the dock on Monday made my grandchildren‘s day, as did the iguanas running around the property. Kim was gracious, easily reached and a great resource for what to do and where to go. We will be back!

Great house, very attentive management. Only downside is it is next to. Marina and they do a lot of work well into the evening. So it’s a bit noisy for our liking. Large outdoor area at the home would be much more enjoyable. But will definitely try one of there other properties.

Happy in the Keys

What a fantastic vacation. Our house was amazing, clean, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, bathroom laundry room and small kitchenette. Upstairs 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and full kitchen as well as another laundry room. Pool was perfect out door living space amazing in fact rarely in the house. Boat dock allowed us to rent our own boat and fish from dock. We saw Manatees everyday including 2 different mother’s and baby’s Highly recommend Thank the Gronley family and friends
