The fully fenced yard is ideal for pets to enjoy paradise alongside you. 2nd Level of the Duplex Home: The second level, which serves as the main living area, features a spacious living room, a large kitchen perfect for meal preparation, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals. This level also includes Bedroom 2, furnished with a king-size bed, and provides access to a full bathroom conveniently located near the kitchen. Additionally, a laundry area is available for your convenience, and the deck offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. 3rd Level of the Duplex Home: The third level features 3 additional bedrooms offering a variety of bed accommodations, with all except the bunk bedroom including Smart TV's. The master suite includes a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bed and twin-over-queen bunk bed. ••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number.
