New roof. Total concrete/spalling renovation in 2009. Great board of directors in association. 1/4 mile to Sombrero Beach. 1/2 mile to Marathon High School. Great lighted bike/walking path to shopping. Fish in canal. Dockage for your boat. About 850 square feet. 1 hour drive to Key West. Pet friendly complex. Water and insurance included in quarterly maintenance fee of $1,250. No special assessments on the horizon. Currently rented for $1,450 per month. Could raise the rent.
