WE HAVE JOINED CABANA CLUB IN KEY COLONY BEACH A SHORT DRIVE AWAY WHICH INCLUDES AN OLYMPIC SIZE POOL. TIKI BAR, RESTAURANT, OCEAN FRONT AND A GREAT SANDY BEACH FOR HOURS OF FUN FOR THE KIDS OR A RELAXING TIME FOR THE ADULTS. NO EXTRA FEE COMES WITH THE VILLA.

We offer the cleanest well kept villa in the Florida Keys. After every stay the villa is completely cleaned and sanitized down to the remote control in each room.

4 bedrooms:
- Upstairs Master w/ king & ensuite bath
- 1 bedroom downstairs w/ queen size bed
- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.
- 2 identical bedrooms upstairs, each w/ a queen size bed
- Hall full bath upstairs

Flat screen tv's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.

35 foot dock right out your back door so you can keep an eye on it.

Dock for hours of fun for fishing. Kids can fish, parents can watch from the nearby lanai while enjoying morning coffee and a sunset cocktail.

Come and enjoy Duck Key in the Florida Keys, known as America's Caribbean, a lush shangri-la with tropical vegetation and turquoise waters. Enjoy the day fishing from the dock, Lake Lucille, the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico, all interconnected in the sunny Florida Keys. This bit of the American Caribbean is teeming with fish. Walk out your back door to our lanai and enjoy your coffee or a cocktail. On several occasions we have enjoyed manatees off our lanai. Either rent a fishing pole or bring yours and fish right off the dock also steps away from our lanai.

Have a boat? Included in the price of the villa is our 35 foot deep water dock.

Four miles offshore you can enjoy one of the largest natural reefs.

Snorkeling, deep sea fishing, jet skiing or just plain doing nothin' is your choice. Perhaps, you would like to rent a bike and enjoy the scenery the island has to offer. We have a company we recommend that will drop off bikes and kayaks for rentals.

Our villa is comfortably decorated with a tropical Florida Keys decor.

Either choose to cook and eat in or visit one of the many world class restaurants & bars the middle Florida Keys has to offer. Our kitchen offers everything for the gourmet cook. Need help choosing some restaurants and sites to visit? We will share our favorites with you.

Our unit is located near the geographic center of the Florida Keys at mile marker 61. Key West is 61 miles South, Key Largo is 40 miles North, perfect for day trips to see everything in between that the Florida Keys has to offer. Sometimes you don't know what to expect when you rent through VBRO, but from us you can expect the best!!

Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Applicable taxes of 12.5% will be charged for all bookings. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of the scheduled stay. No refunds within the 30 days of stay unless in the event of a named storm.

Rental is for use of the villa only located on Duck Key!

We were four women friends and this house could also hold four couples. The location is great and the the house is nicely updated. We enjoyed spending time on the patio overlooking the water. The house had everything we needed including a nice welcome basket in the kitchen. Highly recommend

The pictures of this condo don't do it justice. It's very clean and comfortable and sits right on a gorgeous waterway with a great dock to fish from. The back porch was our favorite spot! The master bedroom has screen sliders so you can sleep with the door open - my absolute favorite part of the trip! Everything was perfect. The resort itself is also very pretty. Hope to make it back again! Thank you!

We had the privilege of renting out not one but two of the properties. I could not have been happier with the quality of service we received. There was open communication at all time and the properties were well kept and equipped. They were super conveniet to the Hawk's Cay resort amenities. I definilety will be coming back again!

Duck keys is a lovely quaint neighbourhood. Each unit backs onto the canal with a boardwalk all around. Dock a boat, fish, watch the pelicans or go for a lovely walk. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We had 3 couples and could easily have managed 4. A choice of 3 porches to relax on. Would definitely stay here again.

There are really no words for this villa! Absolutely outstanding, we were so very thrilled with this place! We can't wait to come back next year for sure! This is a beautiful townhome right on the canal-the color of water in pictures is accurate….amazing. It is well equipped with extras like snacks, coffee, creamer, laundry supplies and some personal items. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding from the back dock. The island is small, so only one restaurant-no gas, groceries or coffee shops. But, it is only a short drive to anything you need and a 20 minute drive to beautiful beaches. The unit is very clean, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Loved staying in this townhome. Super clean, nice beds, bathroom and kitchen. Liked the lanai overlooking the water. Excellent access to our friend's boat which he could keep right out back. Host very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in a similar property of hers last year and liked them both. Would definitely return.

Everything was beautiful. The water outside by the dock was so clear and amazing. We seen an eel and a couple of nurse sharks. The kids swam in the water every chance they got. Even some of us adults enjoyed the water. Getting up each morning to the view we all miss already. We would definitely rent again. Then on top of it all the cabana club was just as wonderful. Beautiful beach and pool. The only thing is we didn’t realize we couldn’t bring our coolers in. That should be put on the site with you member ship to the cabana. Other then that everything was Amazing!!!
