The property
The house is located in the Piscina Nuxedda area, a green setting halfway between the sea and the mountains.
In fact, it is a 16-minute drive from Capitana Beach, 22 minutes (19 km) from Margine Rosso Beach, and 38 minutes (16.7 km) from the Sette Fratelli Mountains, a destination where you can go on interesting hikes to discover Sardinian flora and fauna. The last 100 metres before reaching the house are on a dirt road, but in good condition.

The house is a standalone property with a large, fully fenced-in garden available exclusively to guests, complete with a barbecue area. There is also a covered veranda where guests can enjoy the meals they prepare outdoors.
The house is spread over two levels connected by an internal wooden staircase.
The staircase is a bit steep but is equipped with safety gates to prevent children from accessing it without their parents.
The ground floor houses the living area, which includes a kitchen, a living-dining room, and a full bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there are two cosy bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as a full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped and features:

- sink with hot and cold water;
refrigerator/freezer;
- necessary cookware
- washing machine

PLEASE NOTE: The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (including any infants and children of any age in the total count).
Guests are not permitted to invite people not included in the reservation to stay overnight
