Villa Santata is a newly built retreat in the picturesque Arzachena area in northeastern Sardinia, approximately 10 km from the coastal town of Baja Sardinia. The villa is conveniently located about 50 km from Olbia International Airport, making it accessible yet secluded enough for a peaceful getaway. This property provides a stunning view of the quaint village of Arzachena, with sweeping mountain vistas that enhance its tranquil atmosphere.   
The villa's external access from the road leads to a parking area that comfortably accommodates up to three cars. Further into the property, the pool has a spacious pool deck, perfect for unwinding on sunlit days or hosting relaxed, social evenings.   
Villa Santata comprises two main structures: the central villa and an independent, charming stone guesthouse. Entering the central villa, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living area with high wooden ceilings that lend an airy, expansive feel. At the same time, Orosei marble flooring adds a touch of elegance. The kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities including a large fridge, double oven, and dishwasher, caters well to home cooking . The villa is also fitted with satellite Wi-Fi and thermoconvectors throughout, ensuring both comfort and connectivity year-round.  
A hallway leads to the villa’s sleeping quarters from the main living area. The first bedroom offers convenience and privacy, with its own mini-fridge and independent access. Two additional bedrooms are located down this corridor: one with twin beds that can be combined into a double, complete with a mini-fridge and separate access, and a master suite featuring a double bed, dual private entrances, a mini-fridge, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has high-end fixtures, including dual sinks and a glass-tiled shower, adding a luxurious touch. Two additional bathrooms serve the villa, with porcelain-glass showers; one includes a washing machine and an independent entrance.  
The stone guesthouse on the property serves as an intimate, self-contained suite. It includes a cosy bedroom with a three-quarter bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and even a sauna—ideal for unwinding in privacy after a day of exploration.  
Surrounded by approximately 15,000 square meters of scenic land, Villa Santata offers ample space for a family or friend getaway, looking to experience Sardinia in comfort.
