"The property was immaculately clean, with towels, bed linens etc which made it so much easier to get away without palaver! A good size for 4 of us and didn’t feel at all cramped. "entrance hall was a bit of a letdown as obviously was being painted, the glass in the doors had paint on, windows rattled all night from the wind, very cold on last night as couldnt work out how to turn up heaters, coupboard door in kitchen came off, only 3 mugs & 4 of us, shower was very slow & leaked over bath, no-one told us upstairs shower was out of order & they had a leak in the lounge, shower upstairs was out of order"

"The property is spacious for two people; however, it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Under the sink was a leak or something, and there were cobwebs in the kitchen area. The trays in the oven are full of oil, so when you're trying to cook something in the oven, the kitchen is full of that smell, and the cooker hood would not even get the smell out. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa in the living area was not good either. The entrance is from the road just in front of the bus stop,...

"Check in was easy code lock to access a key Not the nicest entrance to the property with damaged and trip hazards to get the door. The property wasnt up to the standards of the price we paid the windows were poor and could hear alot of noise from them especially the church in the night. Beds were very uncomfortable there was a damaged bed side table with cracked glass damp on the ceiling in the living room. We enjoyed the board games and cards with chips. "Thank you for a perfect stay - the apartment was beautiful; from the beautiful interior of the cosy cushions and throws to the plants hanging at the window. Everything had been thought of in the kitchen and bathroom and having lots of hanging space in the hallway was a huge bonus. The location is ideal - a few minutes walk from the station in one hour direction and the beach in the other. My son and I had a lovely stay - thank you! beach"

"We had a lovely stay at Driftwood B&B. From the moment we arrived, Peter, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. He kindly allowed us to check in early as the room was already available, which was a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey. The room itself was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a newly refurbished bathroom that looked great and felt very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of tea and coffee sachets, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but just right, with a good variety to choose from—including cereal, Weetabix, porridge, toast, fruit, butter, jam, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. I would happily recommend Driftwood B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay. We’d definitely return!"
