This beautiful apartment is just 5 minute walk to beach
The unit has a living room, dining room area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an enclosed service patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with conventional gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven and all kitchen ware. TV with cable in the living room.
This unit is on the first floor, the apartment is located in private enclosed grounds with a communal swimming pool, personal parking space, and it is very close to the local market, several supermarkets,shops, and to the medical center. It is very well connected by bus to the center of Manzanillo and also
20 min to the international Manzanillo airport.
Has as an electric fence for security, and a security cameras system. The complex apartment has also an electric garage door.
This complex apartment is in very good condition, furnished and has all appliances, with tiled floors, aluminum windows lacquered in white and a sober and basic style.
