Lovely place to stay so quiet and relaxing excellent base to travel around the dordogne we loved it ,The owners are lovely people there if you need them with great knowledge of the area .

Relaxing stay

David was an attentive and helpful host. The cottage was very comfortable, the pool and loungers were excellent. We wished there was a dishwasher and laundry facilities.

Autumn holiday

Excellent accommodation in a very quiet and cosy area. Host David was very helpful from the moment we arrived and also throughout our stay, always ready for a chat, regional tips or extra information about the area. The gite met all our expactations and is located quite centrally for those who want to discover or explore the less touristical Dordogne.

Absolutely brilliant holiday, Dave and Debbie were wonderful host's and so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and their Gite was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We stayed for two weeks but wish we could have stayed for longer, there are lovely town's and village's with markets close by to visit. Five stars is not enough for such a wondedful holiday as we were made so welcome, seven stars would be our rating. We look forward to returning for our next holiday.

Hosts David en Debbie zorgen ervoor dat je je meteen thuis voelt en voorzien je van veel nuttige informatie. Het is een geweldig ruime gite en erg rustig gelegen buiten het dorp. Het privé zwembad is fantastisch en heel groot (ca 15 bij 6 meter en tot ca 2,5 meter diep) het wordt iedere ochtend schoongemaakt. De grote veranda is heerlijk. Zo fijn dat er ook een losse vriezer en wasmachine aanwezig is. We hebben hier 3 heerlijke relax weken gehad en hadden eigenlijk nog wel langer willen blijven.

Un havre de paix au milieu de la nature

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte en pleine nature et avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Debbie et David sont charmants, très discrets et disponibles pour donner des renseignements sur les lieux à visiter ou les bons commerces du coin. Le logement est très propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire et une bonne literie. La terrasse couverte est très agréable, orientée à l'ouest, avec vue sur un vallon boisé et, juste en-dessous, une belle piscine bien entretenue avec de confortables chaises longues et parasols. Les commerces sont dans les villages alentours (entre 5 et 10 minutes en voiture). En résumé, c'est une très bonne adresse.

Petit coin de paradis

Très belle surprise pour cette charmante location bien plus spacieuse qu’il n’y parait .Bien située,équipée et meublée avec goût.l’extérieur ne fait que confirmer ce sentiment de bien être avec cette magnifique terrasse et cette grande piscine .La discrétion et la gentillesse de nos hôtes viennent rajouter à cette sensation de petit paradis.

Lovely property. Spacious and comfortable. Great pool but steps down to it quite steep and surrounds a bit uneven. You need to be careful not to trip. Otherwise great swim with beautiful surroundings. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Definitely on our list to return.

Rust en Ruimte (Calm spot and Roomy)

Ruime 'gîte' (de enige) van Engelse eigenaren die zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk zijn. En het zwembad heb je voor jezelf! Heerlijk eten onder de overdekte veranda. Afgelegen gelegen, maar alles goed bereikbaar met de auto. Roomy 'gîte' with swimmingpool for you alone! Very kind (British) owners. Relaxed atmosphere.
