I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

Spacious and exceptionally clean room. Breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of choices. The staff were helpful and attentive. Definitely would stay here again!

The location was awesome but the manager who checked us in was not very helpful and did not help us with orientation at all. It would be good if travellers from outside Italy were given a little help though appreciate it is not a usual destination for foreign tourists.
