I did not expect shared amenities, that wasn't clear when I booked. Took skin off my knee and pulled threads on clothes on the wall in the room, it was so sharp. There is no sound barrier to the hall, you hear everything everyone is saying. On the bright side, the staff were lovely.
Probably not pet friendly. Everything clean and tidy. Tea, corree and breakfast supplied.
Steep stairs may not suit some people.

Liked: Staff & service
Very pet friendly and staff were fantastic but the room and bathroom facilities are only average. That's not to say we wouldn't stay there again but being old and riddled with arthritis I prefer our own bathroom facilities in the room and did not notice it was shared facilities on the website.
