Dear guest, thank you for sharing your experiences in our house. The rooms are cleaned daily unless a guest has the please do not disturb card hanging, then we are not allowed to enter the room. When the maids are done then they go regardless of the time. Fresh towels you can always get at the front desk. We hope that this experience has not left a negative impression and we are looking forward to welcoming you again. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year
