This very nice apartment is located between the popular marina Puerto de la Duquesa and the picturesque small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. From the apartment you have 15 meters to the pool area and about 50 meters down to the sea and the beautiful beach. No problem here to run down in the morning and have a morning swim! At the front of the apartment there is a small terrace with morning sun which is perfect to have a nice breakfast! The apartment also has a large west facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun from around 3 am and maybe have a barbecue in the evening at sunset. Inside, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace. The entire apartment is completely renovated in carefully selected materials and tasteful furnishings. There is a washing machine, dryer, AC and even underfloor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare your own meals. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. Just a few hundred meters from the apartment is Puerto de la Duquesa, which is considered one of best marinas in Costa del Sol. In the marina you can book boats and fishing trips or just enjoy the wide range of restaurants and bars. On the other direction from the apartment you will find Castillo de la Duquesa, once a Roman fishing village, has a fortress from the 1700's and also some good restaurants. A little beyond Puerto de la Duquesa you will find the charming Spanish town of San Luis de Sabinillas, here you will find everything you may need; supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies and the nice promenade with bars and restaurants. In Manilva you can also visit a traditional market every Sunday morning and every Friday in Sabinillas there is a smaller market at the promenade. If you like beaches, this coastline stretch is the right place, There is a variety of beaches to discover here, ranging from elongated natural beaches to well-kept beaches with sun loungers parasols and "chiringuitos". If you want to play golf, there are a wide range of golf courses nearby, such as Finca Cortesin, ranked as the top 5 of golf courses in Spain according to Golf World Magazine. There are of course great opportunities to practice a variety of water sports such as kite surfing, surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking. For the hiking enthusiasts there are great opportunities, especially in the mountains you will find many routes with nice nature experiences and panoramic views. If you have a car, do not miss visiting the amazing old mountain town of Casares (20 minutes from Sabinillas).
