The apartment also benefits from air-conditioning throughout, it's own WiFi connection and an underground parking space included.   
  
This brand new complex is located on the edge of La Paloma de Manilva and is approximately 200 meters from the beach - Playa del Gobernador. This fully gated community has CCTV, beautifully landscaped gardens, communal pools for children and adults and underground parking.

#### Our Christmas stay

The accomodation was very good value for money. Good location, very quiet at night. The cleanliness in the bathroom and kitchen. Areas of the bathroom were very dusty. The electric kettle was left on its side with dirty brown water inside.

Apartamento excelente. Bem equipado e limpo. O único senão foi ter que relembrar a agência para a mudança de roupas de cama e toalhas ao fim de uma semana de estadia. ( entrada a um sábado e só na segunda-feira da semana seguinte e após telefonema foram entregar a roupa para nós mudarmos!).
