We felt the security was good especially being right outside the apartment. Handy underground parking only a few steps away and the pool was literally 10 seconds away from apartment door yet because it does not overlook the pool you don’t get any of the noise! Positioned on the southwest side of the building we had sun practically all day. It was close to the port but far enough away from any noise. I left a note for Duquesa Estates to follow-up on two points.
