We have come here for the last 5 at least twice normally. Excellent apartment complex spotlessly clean and well managed by Duquesa Estates
Only issue was pillow cases which was resolved within 10 minutes of going into the office

Perfect place in the Sun
This is our 4th time in this apartment, 7th time in total at Coto Real through Duquesa Estates, from the clarity of instruction on picking up/dropping off the keys to the staff in the office who are so helpful, it makes our time in the area truly brilliant.

The only complaint I would have was we had no pool key, luckily we had other family staying in the same apartment area who had a key to get us in

Lovely and quiet apartment
The location was great. Even though it was cut out, it was still close to Duquesa port and shops. The apartment was spacious.
Everyone we used multiple electricity appliances, the fuse was going off. Also we spent from the 01/01 till our last day the 09/01 without the heating working. We were provided with two heaters however they were not enough to heat all the apartment. We were promised that an engineer would see to it however it was still not working till we left.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y con una piscina preciosa.
Avisar a los huéspedes para que lleguen con la app del garaje descargada y a la seguridad del complejo para que tengan todo activado antes de que lleguen los huéspedes.

Maravilloso
Nos ha gustado todo,así da gusto alquilar,no nos ha faltado nada,había de todo,el piso impresionante de bonito y limpio,el lugar muy tranquilo,han sido unas vacaciones muy buenas,mi enhorabuena por tener viviendas así de cuidadas,esperamos volver sin duda ninguna.
Quizás,los canales de tv por decir algo como sugerencia(no se veían todos)pero tampoco nos ha echo mucha falta ver la tele,hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.
