It was also hard to find the place. Staff was helpful though, responded immediately to my email. The morning of my stay aircondition leaked that made a big puddle of water on the floor. Staff came right away to clean it. Not sure if because the hotel name is different than advertised here or perhaps the address is within an alley, or both. Check in process is slow, I arrived at 1pm and was allowed to my room at 3pm. Upon check-in you're also asked to sign this long two page hotel policies. Hotel has no elevator, bad if you're disabled or have a lot of luggage. I had to go up/down 5 floors everyday. Location, is also not great. My room was clean despite the fact it had ants everywhere.
