"Staff accommodating to guest , just small bed , I booked double room , I didn't realize that double room means double bed in the Philippines , I booked three adults and one 15 year old , their bed is just for one adult ., we ended up one of the adults did not sleep in the room , stayed somewhere else., Their breakfast is good.i will rate my stay at 3/5 it's because of the beds"

"It’s a wonderful hotel with amazing staff with a restaurant that provided a wonderful buffet all breakfast and dinner. Desserts and drinks were so good with fun entertainment Wednesday through Saturday. There were a few thing an about the room: mold in under sink that you can clearly see when sitting on the toilet, mold in the toilet and not so clean tub. The fridge was not cold whatsoever so our food and drinks did not save. Extra charge for blankets as they only provided layers of sheets. The beds including the roll away bed was extremely comfortable and the space in the rooms were nice. It was beautiful hotel that was under some construction that you can hear when sleeping at times but it was so convenient of the locations to get to airport, Mall of Asia and other stores that were walking distance. One thing that exceptional and made me feel so secure in staying there was the security on site. They checked for every vehicle coming into the property and would not allow pushy drivers (taxi’s and other sorts of transportation) onto the property. Also, the doormen were also there at every entrance and leaving. Very attentive to make sure we got in our vehicles safely as well as leaving without being hounded at the door by other drivers. Both of those things was a seller as well. Overall, will book again but hope the rooms will get maintained better."
