"A five-star location paired with five-star staff — but sadly, the property itself falls short. The carpets, walls, and washroom facilities are noticeably worn and in need of a full renovation to match the calibre of everything else on offer. What truly saved my stay were the people. Jules, Jelo, and Clive at the front desk, along with Litzie, Timmy, and Joey from the ADD team, were exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated. They more than made up for the property's shortcomings. With the right investment in renovation, this place could easily be a five-star experience all around. The bones are there — it just needs the work."
