  • Our 36 sqm condo unit is on the 15th Floor with spacious balcony overlooking the Washington Sycip Park and with views of the amazing Makati structures.

    The condominium is centrally located in the Makati CBD and approximately 2 minutes walking distance to the famous Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, Asian Institute management, Ayala Museum. It is also only 30-45 minutes drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

    The unit has been furnished with good quality, modern-day furniture and appliances.
