It says 1 queen bed but when I came to the unit it’s only double bed. We’re 3 pax. We are just so desperate that time to get a cheaper condo close to mall of asia. This condo is next to a dirty river. Unfortunately our view in our room is the dirty river. First thing, we are begging for the things we need. Basic things like iron or make up room. They told us that make up room is every 3 days. God sake:-( . We stayed their for more than a week and our room is never ever cleaned up and we just cleaned it our self and throw our own garbage. I truly understand that this is not a hotel but at least they have to assist us with cleaning especially the bathroom and kitchen part. The beddings are never changed in our whole stay. They have cockroach in the kitchen. Dirty old kitchen utensils. Old sponge for washing dishes. No one will help you at the front desk. There is a charge of 300 pesos per night to park your car overnight. The room is terrible, bathroom is not clean, the extra folding bed doesn't work and old, kitchen is nasty, bed and closet are not clean. They didn't clean the room at all. And the other thing is the hotel is next to the river so it's stinks the whole time I was there. The towels needs to be replaced and so are the beddings. This is good for short stay only because there's no housekeeping, but the location is superb, it was very near MOA, the main reason why I booked this one, lots of restaurants nearby, there's a 7 eleven in the ground floor so I think it's convenient.
