Missing something yet good

I booked for room facing the swimming pool but I didn't get it right. They gave me a room on 17th floor not facing the pool only city view. Room is quiet good and comfy except that no TV remote control provided, no extra bed, lacking kitchen utensils like knife, exhaust in kitchen not working. But the owner is very kind accommodating and responsive.

I booked 1 room for 4 people but there’s only 1 bed in the room, no toiletries available for the guests to use, no toilet paper. We were not informed if there’s WiF available or not. It wasn’t a decent or comfortable stay for us. The lady who showed up this morning said it’s ok if I will not give the place a good review

Accomodation said its for 4. But actualy for 2 pax only. No trash bags, no bidey, towel is not realy a towel, tenant is realy hard to contact. No rags, kitchen utensils are not complete some caserole is rusty. Ive requested everything we need but they will just say that they will provide but did not at all

Horrible experience

Room was extremely dirty. Some power outlets are broken and pose fire or safety risk. No wifi connection. No cell reception as it’s either dead spot or there ‘s jammer in the building. I will never ever go back to that place again…try to avoid it as much as you can…

Hidden deposit not returned.

The location and building is great. The inside of the condo on the other hand is dirty! Full of stains and dirt. I was given a used toothbrush opened toothpaste and empty sachet of shampoo. Bathroom dirty. The stay was a horror! It took forever for person to let me check in. After I realised he didn't give me a key so I can leave room. An hour later he came back and asked for over half a days stay for key deposit. At time of checkout we waited hours for person to show up wasting our vacation. Ended up leaving key in mailbox. I took video I left place cleaner than it was b4 I arrived. After asking for deposit back I was given a run around that ac remote is missing. I ended up pulling my son fr. ice skating to get suitcases to search. Then taking taxi back to condo to help look for remote. Caretaker said he found remote to different unit within couch. I was told they would follow up and return deposit. 4 days later no responses. They stole my time, wasted my money on taxis and stole my depost! Do not waste your vacation and stay here. The price ends up being double as price booked plus stress. This was on xmax eve!!! (App not allowing me to upload pictures and ss of convos. Will upload when app fixes)
