A fairly good hotel in this area, especially visiting Ateneo de Manila Univ. This Suite room is good as it has two different rooms and a living room with a simple kitchen facility so good to have meeting with colleagues. Main problem in this area and this room is noise. This room is facing to main road but the windows is not tightly closed (it need to be improved), too much noise to sleep at night. Suite room's bathroom has only shower booth, no bathtub. I can get help whenever I need from hotel staff, they are all kind and willing to help. Basement parking was full when we arrived so we parked in a separate building within the same block. The parking space was not paved and was poorly lit but at least it had its own security guard. It was hard to avoid stepping into the deep muddy puddles since we got there right after a downpour. Check in was quick. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. My kid had an early activity in the University so the 5am breakfast buffet was a big thing. Tip: choose a room which is not facing the street.
