We had Excellent and very polite staff. The hotel was far from attractions and malls. We had to spend a lot on taxis and transportation which was almost double the prices as they did not want to drive there and some did not want to use the meter. The rooms smelled bad, sometimes the air conditioner blew a bad smell like poop, sewage, or toilet even after trying to fix it and after changing the room. I was charged 150 pesos almost ($3) for a cup when it fell and broke the handle. I found similar mugs in the mall for 35 Pasos.
